Snap Zap Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Taylor Hunt concerning your use of Snap Zap. By downloading, purchasing, or using Snap Zap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who You Are Agreeing With

Snap Zap is operated by Taylor Hunt, an individual based in San Francisco, California, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). You can contact us at [email protected].

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snap Zap. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

App Store Terms

Snap Zap is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your license to use the app. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the App Store terms control to the extent of that conflict.

Access, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Referral Program

Snap Zap may offer a referral program that lets you invite friends and earn free access. These terms apply to it in addition to the rest of these Terms.

Your Photos and Decisions

Snap Zap helps you review, keep, organize, share, and delete items in your photo library. You decide which actions to take and are responsible for reviewing your choices. Deleting a photo or video may be permanent after any system recovery period ends. Keep appropriate backups of anything you do not want to lose.

Privacy and iCloud

Our Privacy Policy explains how Snap Zap accesses and handles information. Snap Zap may use iCloud to sync limited app statistics across your devices. iCloud and other Apple services are operated by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices. We cannot guarantee that synced data will always be available or free from delay, conflict, or loss.

License and Ownership

Snap Zap, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Snap Zap for its intended purpose. No other rights are transferred to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Snap Zap or any feature. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version. Where reasonably practical, we will give notice before a material change that substantially reduces a paid feature during an active subscription period.

Termination

You may stop using Snap Zap at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, misuse the app, create a security or legal risk, or if required by law. When access ends, your license to use Snap Zap ends. Ending access does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Zap is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Snap Zap will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that photos, videos, statistics, or other data will never be lost.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising from or relating to Snap Zap, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to Snap Zap will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Snap Zap during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $50. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Snap Zap or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide reasonable additional notice if a change materially affects your rights or obligations. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using Snap Zap and separately cancel any subscription you do not want to renew.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise, the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or a forum available to you under the law where you live.

General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. If we delay enforcing a provision, we do not waive our right to enforce it later. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of Snap Zap or substantially all related assets. These Terms, together with the applicable App Store terms, form the agreement between you and us concerning Snap Zap.
